This is more for an experienced moderator that has other skills looking to move up.
Responsibilities:
– Translate client goals and objectives into Social and Digital strategies
– Manage multi-channel social and digital campaigns (all types of ad formats, content, including video) while troubleshooting campaign delivery and performance issues
– Manage budgets, targets, daily optimizations and reconciliations
– Buy real time, with accuracy
– Routinely stay abreast of platform updates, trends, and best-in-class social media campaigns
– Reporting: pull and monitor analytics and key metrics against clients’ goals; responsible for providing insights/recommendations
– Develop client decks/presentations reflecting performance analysis
– Quickly mitigate and communicate issues that surface in Social and Digital
– Participate in creative briefings and social ideation/kick-offs and later, as assets are built, provide feedback/ guidance designed to help ads perform well. All other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
– 4+ years experience with previous 3-4 years in Social, both paid and organic
– Familiarity with Moderation (e.g., Community Management)
– Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a sense of urgency
– Write concisely and present ideas confidently
– Self-motivated (organized and responsible with a go-getter attitude; not afraid to come to the table with ideas/think on the fly)
– Copywriting and design experience in social media not necessary, but a bonus
– Ecommerce and Social Commerce experience not necessary, but a big bonus
