Summary of Job:
This role will ensure all accounts meet current compliance standards including new account validation and ongoing compliance regulations. The Trust & Safety Associate will review and investigate on any activity that may threaten the safety of our user experience and will communicate to all appropriate parties as necessary.
Key focuses:
- Validate all new accounts and free trials
- Ensure all accounts remain compliant with our Terms Of Use and Job Posting Guidelines
- Identify and remove accounts found to be noncompliant with our standards
- Handle all inbound and outbound validation calls
- Offer interdepartmental account validation support
- Review and respond to job seeker and employer complaints
- Conduct fraud investigations and follow-ups
- Identify new trends that threaten the safety of our user experience
- Assist in all other operational and customer service tasks as necessary
