• Manage end to end Contents Quality Assurance operations
• Build operational process from scratch based on product phase and improve tools with product team
• Support to make Operational Playbook
• Ensure operational resources, build readiness program and educate operators
• Drive quality control and workforce management based on data analysis
• Lead proactive collaboration with business development, product, and stakeholders
