Claims Reviewer at Tential Solutions

While this is not a moderation job the skills can be transferred to to a moderation role and may just be something you will like instead.

On a daily basis this person will:

*paid training

  • Will review claims received from current clients filing a complaint, via email.
  • Investigate, analyze, and validate sales call complaint claims.
  • Determine the validity of the complaints made by clients.
  • Listen to recorded sales calls relevant to the complaint and document the necessary facts.
  • Partner with internal resources to bring claims to an appropriate outcome.
  • File a report with the third-party partner detailing the specifics of the complaint.
  • Process claims pertaining to multiple business lines such as Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and Medicare Plans.
