A typical week as Tract’s Community Manager and Safety Moderator:
With direction and support from Tract’s team of experienced marketing, creative, and support advisors and professionals, you’ll get the opportunity to build and manage an engaged community from the ground up:
Engage Tract’s audience on a variety of platforms, including Slack, one-on-one groups, and in-app chats and messages
Moderate and approve learner chats and submissions, including quality and fact-checking
Be a Tract brand ambassador who is comfortable with using your personal name to build trust and camaraderie within our digital community
Develop and iterate on strategy for defining the voice and tone of a Tract Community Manager within the guidelines of the Tract brand, creating discussion topics, engagement ideas, product updates, community guidelines, moderating + moderation guidelines etc.
Partner with Marketing for promotional opportunities (contests, give-aways, prizes) within Tract’s platform and on our social media channels
Host a weekly community club/chat or livestream with our learners
