I can only find this on ZipRecruiter, to find the company site I had to Google “Social Media Link now Vesta” to get a link to the company page. Searching Vesta brought up other companies, so because of this I would use caution but still go for it and apply.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Activity Monitoring – Daily monitoring of member activity on Missions and online forums, proactively reporting themes, trends, and problem areas to the Community Manager and/or Client Success Team
- Adverse Event Reporting – Complete brand-specific training and be prepared to identify and flag Adverse Events across assigned communities
- Member Relations – Responsible for customer support across multiple communities, which may include answering member emails (in the brand’s voice) and monitoring discussion forums
- Two-way Engagement – Reply to member comments in assigned discussion forums to foster a sense of community and encourage conversation
- Community Development – Contribute ideas for the overall growth and health of both individual communities and Vesta as a whole
