What You’ll Do
- Analyze and evaluate social media campaigns and strategies
- Develop comprehensive social channel strategy and content strategy across all Earnin properties.
- Content creation that supports and builds the Earnin brand among current and future Community Members.
- Develop KPI and reporting structure for regular leadership and executive updates.
- Co-marketing campaigns with Earnin partners, research organizations and employer partners.
- Drive channel growth and engagement, without sacrificing Earnin’s relationship with its communities.
- Support development of brand campaigns, sponsorships and giveaways.
- Drive development of social influencer program. Regularly interface with influencers and other key organizations to drive awareness and engagement.
- Monitor competitors and trends in the social space.
- Monitor social space for brand and related topics/conversations.
- Amplify relevant company news and announcements.
- Engage daily with our audience responding to likes, comments, shares.
- Reputation management monitoring customer questions and feedback.
