Community Engagement Coordinator for Ritual Zero Proof

Looking for a Community Engagement Coordinator to cultivate, develop and grow the Ritual community. The ideal candidate was born with a phone in their hand. They have the sophistication of being able to appropriately communicate with key account holders, while simultaneously possessing the capabilities of having a full conversation through memes to our brand ambassadors and social media community members. They are a tireless advocate for the voice of our community, constantly creating discussions, fostering relationships and building trust between our community and Ritual Zero Proof. This person will report to the Social Media Manager and work within the robust creative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Help define cohesive voice and tone for all communication on social media channels
  • Be the Ritual Zero Proof social support and assist with user inquiries on social channels in a timely manner, bringing a “rapid response” approach
  • Develop community initiatives and incentives
  • Assist the Social Media Manager to manage and grow Ritual Zero Proof’s Brand Ambassador Program
  • Help support creator strategy including identifying potential new creators while supporting long-term relationships with existing partners
  • Provide outreach to key accounts (bars, restaurants, chefs, mixologists) to establish a connection
  • Work with the Social Media Manager to regularly identify social trends & strategize opportunities for the brand to engage with
  • Strategize community building opportunities and larger social media initiatives with the Social Media Manager
  • Daily responsibilities will include: Comment sprees – responsible for post outbound comments on other creator/influencer pages, thoughtfully replying to all comments on content posted from the Ritual Zero Proof account, seek ways to engage with other brands in the comment section and checking DM’s
  • Position will require working times outside of traditional 9-5 + a few weekend hours to fulfill community engagement goals
