Community Manager (ORM team) At  Semrush

 Community Manager role for idea generators, planning geniuses, and natural-born analysts.

Tasks in the role

Together with other ORM managers, you will perform:

  • Social listening and mention management: Replying to all incoming mentions that we receive as a brand within one hour.
  • Community management: Come up with new, creative ways to engage our audience, and promote our brand, campaigns, and products by talking to our audience. You’ll be looking for new ways to make people talk about the brand, which is where your creativity can come to life.
  • Online Reputation Management: Quickly process negative online mentions to avoid further escalation, deal with reviews on review platforms, and manage review-generation campaigns.
  • Communications projects: Helping influencers’ team with their projects.

Who we are looking for

We think that these types of experience and competencies will help our future colleague to join the team.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • 2+ years of experience in Community Management, Customer Success, or a related field in marketing.
  • Fantastic communicator—passionate about talking to people and online community development.
  • Knowledgeable about the basics of SEO and digital marketing and is interested in developing in this area.
  • Tech-savvy and a quick learner.
  • An organization pro who is passionate about building/optimizing processes to make them more efficient.
  • Articulate, with high attention to detil.
  • Both a self-starter and a team player. We know, a bit of an oxymoron, but the best people are!
