JOB CLASSIFICATION: Volunteer, Part-Time, At least 4 hours per week. Flexible hours that may change each week, if you prefer. Remote and we welcome volunteers from around the world.

JOB DESCRIPTION: A Volunteer Chat Moderator is given administrative privileges to our YouTube Channel (https://youtube.com/kitkatplayroom). You can sign up to cover any open 1-hour shift when you are available. We also use other software to communicate with each other and sign up for shifts. Most of our viewers and chatters are between 40-70 years old and the position is 100% volunteer-from-home, so this is an ideal position for retired individuals and persons with disabilities. Training is provided.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Must be reliable and on-time to cover shifts that you sign up for

· Must be friendly and personable online

· Customer service experience preferred

· Must not be an advocate of breeding animals, nor breed them yourself

· Experience in cat rescue by way of adopting, fostering, and/or volunteering is preferred

PERSONAL:

· Must be 18 years old or older and provide proof of identity
