Position Overview:
We’re looking for an energetic, experienced, creative and driven individual to join the Demand Generation team. In this position you will own many aspects of the demand generation strategy with an emphasis on growing new leads, expanding our reach into relevant communities, and producing pipeline for sales.
You will play a key role in developing new strategies, programs and campaigns, and executing them with the input and assistance of stakeholders from across the company. You’ll be encouraged to bring your campaign creativity and project management discipline into a flexible and fun environment where you’ll learn new things and stretch your capabilities. This is an open and collaborative organization where you will work with very supportive leadership, marketing, product and sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage FastSpring’s social media profiles on major social media platforms such as Linkedin, Twitter, and Facebook with support from an outside agency
- Own and grow the FastSpring SaaS Slack community
- Grow the FastSpring community across channels such as Slack, Meetups, professional communities, and associations
- Lead the implementation of marketing projects from start to finish, and work with cross-functional teams for development and execution
- Manage booking and supporting in-person and virtual events
- Partner with Marketing Operations to own the analysis and reporting of campaign performance and reports, and provide senior management with regular updates
- Provide creative and content briefs and guide direction to meet objectives for campaigns and projects
- Implement new or enhance and manage lead-nurture programs including structure and content
- Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers for campaign orchestration
- Manage internal communication with stakeholders and contributors
- Help continuously improve our approach to integrated marketing campaigns to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Assist with creating processes and best practices for program success and internal communication
A successful candidate is/has:
- At least 3-5 years of professional B2B demand generation marketing experience in a global Cloud, SaaS or FinTech business
- Strong track record of creating audience-specific messaging for small startups through global enterprise companies
- Ability to identify new channels and develop creative campaign concepts
- Data driven and results oriented with a strong practice in A/B testing for audience acquisition and nurturing across personas within our ICP
- Proven track record of successful hands-on execution of digital marketing programs including webinars, organic social media, SEO/SEM
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver high-impact marketing strategies, and improve existing ones
- Solid communicator with the ability to work cross functionally with multiple stakeholders
- Meticulous project manager with an acute attention for details, with the ability to pivot when necessary
- Self-driven and flexible approach to managing priorities with experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity using Marketo and Salesforce
