Experience with utilizing social media to effectively lead to conversions and align a social strategy with business goals and a familiarity with promoting a mobile application or consumer product will also be considered valuable for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a social media strategy using a data-backed, performance-driven approach to support company-wide KPIs.
- Manage a content pipeline by maintaining calendars, sourcing quality UGC, gathering assets from internal and external partners, developing creative assets, and crafting copy specific to each brand and platform.
- Optimize social media copywriting, creative, audience, tools, processes, and reports for social media in order to improve the programs effectiveness.
- Engage in direct communication with partners, fans, and followers
- Network on behalf of our brands across global accounts including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Utilize social media intelligence tools to mine for insights, monitor performance, and produce detailed reports on the effectiveness, reach, and impact of our social media content.
- Analyze trends and performance of primary KPIs and present findings to leadership via presentations and discussion.
- Act as a passionate advocate for our brands – ensuring we only share relevant, engaging, and valuable content with our audiences.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding and proven experience with the fundamentals, tools, tactics, and strategies of social media management.
- Demonstrated ability to think analytically, solve problems, make decisions, and use sound judgment.
- Excellent communication skills, both internally with our team and externally with our audiences.
- Capable of generating insightful reports and offering suggestions for strategically improving the performance of our content.
- Track record of success in developing compelling content and growing content platforms.
- Equally creative and analytical, with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with fast-moving schedules and multiple stakeholders.
- Understanding of consumer trends in beverage industry, especially beer, and general knowledge of styles, brewing process, on and off-prem consumption, and Untappd.
- Capacity to shift between brand voices, representing multiple brands on various platforms while staying true to their individual voices and values.
