Responsibilities
· Partner with Sr Director of Brand on creating the overarching macro brand social strategy.
· Own social section of monthly calendar planning and create social campaigns for all product GTM, including new product launches and restocks.
· Create, brief, and manage social content for all product and brand social campaigns with a focus on IG and TikTok.
· Attend and help execute on the ground for brand events, capturing content but also engaging with our community and helping prep, plan, and execute events.
· Engage and respond to all inquiries, directing appropriately to brand or customer service as necessary.
· Oversee key brand partnerships for social giveaways with the goal to increase reach and acquire new consumers.
· Do weekly and monthly reporting via Dash Hudson.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and key competitors to ensure we are always ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
· At least 4-5 years in social media management within the fashion or beauty landscape (or related areas).
· Experience with Dash Hudson, Planoly, Tribe Dynamics.
· Strong communication skills & presentation skills
· Excellent time management & organizational skills, ability to multi-task
· Strong attention to detail, writing skills – including ability to originate and edit captions and social media copy
· Pop culture savvy to identify new trends and occasions/moments for the brand to activate upon
· Project management skills including scheduling and timelines and being highly detail-oriented, double-checking work with unprompted follow-through.
