What You’ll Do At Truly Beauty

  • Support conversations on our social media channels including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Facebook Group, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube
  • Build an incredible community on our social platforms not only educating our current and potential customers but helping them foster a genuine connection amongst themselves and the brand
  • Develop social-first activations to generate engagement and grow organic audiences.
  • Keeping your finger on the pulse of the latest trends, incorporating these into your content and reporting key insights/results back to the marketing team
  • Assist in developing and executing strategies to optimize our organic content, increase engagement and grow our follower base
  • Research and report on social media trends including creators, sounds, features, challenges, industry news and algorithm updates

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of previous experience in social media management
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience*
  • You are proficient in all social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, etc) and understand how to foster a community on each
  • You’re confident/bubbly and you have a good sense of humor
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Truly, by being a primary contact with customers within community and customer care across social and emerging channels
  • Deep passion for building brand community & loyalty
  • Work well under pressure and can maintain composure during complex customer interactions
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and listening skills – oral and written
  • Strong time management, prioritization skills, and detail/accuracy orientation
  • Can work independently in a fast-paced environment, while also being a proactive team player
  • Willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Option for role to be fully remote or hybrid at our Los Angeles office
