Role Overview:

As our Senior Community Manager, you’ll act as the face and voice of our brand, building and nurturing relationships with Amazfit sports watch users both inside and outside of our community. The successful candidate will have a strong network within Athlete and Outdoor sports communities, a passion for health, fitness, and technology, and is eager to help a young challenger brand achieve its full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage local niche communities of sports enthusiasts and athletes, sharing content and training stories to broaden our reach to mass consumer groups.
  • Collaborate with local sports athletes for product experiences, fostering a vibrant athletes’ community.
  • Create educational content and resources about our products for our community.
  • Communicate our brand story and product identity within local sports communities.
  • Participate in beta testing, provide sports watch development feedback, and respond to user feedback, acting as the liaison between the consumer experience and product development.
  • Develop and execute project plans to deliver approved campaigns, coordinating all stakeholders accordingly.
  • Work with internal and external agencies to develop creative assets.
  • Implement social campaigns with our online communities that are in line with marketing strategies, creating content, challenges, and social initiatives to boost community engagement.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sports and athletes community management, with a proven track record of driving growth and engagement.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the digital/social landscape
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, able to drive activities from ideation to execution.
  • Excellent team player who excels at building relationships across departments.
