- You must be able to think strategically as well as creatively. And be able to communicate thoughts and ideas at the highest level with the right mix of sophistication and simplicity.
- Serve as primary point of contact between agency and client, and between the social media team and the creative team.
- Provide insights and recommendations on an ongoing basis to help clients achieve and maintain leadership positions in social channels.
- Ability to supervise and nurture others, specifically community managers and junior members of the team.
- Be extremely responsive and proactive at all times, ready to leverage any pre-planned as well as last-minute opportunities as needed by the client.
