There are many learning platforms online. I am of the mind-set to take advantage of all the FREE options available.
LinkedIn Learning:
While the courses are not equivalent to college courses and I do not know how much employers care about them but I enjoy listening and take advantage of when they offer Learning Path’s for free.

*Unconscious Bias: (Free right now) A big part of being a successful moderator is not letting your personal views or bias influence your decisions at work. Moderators are there to enforce the policy laid out by the client/platform. While it may seems obvious to some it is a good idea to go explore these courses to ensure you are aware of your own bias.
*Building Resilience: (Free right now) This is a good course to take for this field, even the most resilient person can get beat down by what moderators can see.
*Writing in Plain Language and Communication Foundations : (Both free right now) When working remotely you will be doing the majority of your communication in writing. Ensuring you get your point across is very important.
*Digital Literacy and Productivity Learning Pathway: (Free right now) Courses in Learning Path : Working with Computers and Devices, Working and Collaborating Online, and Getting Started with Microsoft 365.
Google Digital Garage:
Discover a range of free learning content to help your career. You can select individual modules, or jump right in and take an entire course.
Coursera:
**English for Career Development – You can do the course for free but you will have to pay for the certificate. I would not bother paying and add it for anyone that feels like they could use some help or refresher in this department.
**Brand Management: Aligning Business, Brand and Behavior – The course can be done for free but you will pay for the certificate.
EdX.Org:
Sprinklr University
Spinklr is a robust tool that is used by many, take advantage of the FREE certificate offered by the software giant. Be sure to sign up with an email that has your legal name because that is the name that will go on your certificates
SkillUp Courses Via SimpliLearn:
SimpliLearn has many other paid courses however I stumbled upon a free one that is offered by SkillUp on this platform. So far I have enjoyed the courses and have recommended it to friends and family.
