Beacons is looking for a part-time Community Manager to lead the development and management of our Circle-based online community of content creators. They are responsible for building and growing this community as well as engaging with its customers and fans. The Community Manager will also be responsible for the following activities:

• Develop and execute plans to grow the number of community members
• Plan and execute community initiatives and programs that drive member engagement and foster organic interactions between community members
• Create engaging and shareable content of the community for our marketing campaigns
• Establish and maintain community key performance metrics (including web traffic to and from community) and periodically report community performance to management and key stakeholders
• Identify new marketing and outreach opportunities to bring visibility to Beacons community, products and features
• Host and participate in social events, corporate events and workshops for creators
