Your day-to-day will involve
- Building Robinhood’s Content Moderation team from scratch, including getting the opportunity to hire and build an entire team from the ground up
- Owning the team responsible for providing Content Moderation Operations for all Robinhood Products with Content Moderation needs
- Acting as the main driver for figuring out our Content Moderation Ops strategy and acting as the accountable individual for the success of the function
- Working with cross-functional partners to drive alignment and consensus on operational readiness for key launches and developments
- Developing and executing on all new moderation workflows, as well as content development, training, and other activities
- Serving as the final escalation point for all high-priority Content Moderation issues
- Collaborating with the Vendor Relationship Management team to ensure the proper implementation of the Content Moderation Policy
About you:
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in Content Moderation and/or Customer Support in a technology firm
- Experience scaling teams across multiple workflows and various channels of support
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Outstanding leadership skills
- Highly flexible and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of a high-growth, fast paced organization
