Onward Search needs a Content Moderation Agent for a major global eCommerce retailer.
You’ll join the Marketplace Protection team and focus on identifying and removing non-qualifying content, and you set a high standard for quality of work. Your impact will be keeping the platform safe and trusted, upholding the brand reputation of the marketplace.
This is Remote, 6-month Contract opportunity.
As a Content Moderation Agent you’ll:
- Aligning behavior with the Competency Matrix, Trust & Safety’s Guiding Enforcement Philosophy and striving to lead by example.
- Utilizing internal tools to review digital content within listings, reviews, and messages; removing content that does not comply with company policies.
- Staying up-to-date with training; following workflow and escalation guidelines.
- Partnering with the Operations Manager to provide feedback about workflow gray areas, tooling bugs, and improve systems and processes.
- Spotting risks by developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the company’s evolving tools, policies, and products
Skills & Experience needed:
- 1+ year of experience in content moderation, fraud investigation, or other e-commerce risk management experience
- Experience in Zendesk is a plus
- Ability to work well both independently and within a team structure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
