From the ad: Responsibilities:
- Moderate Telegram, Discord, and other social media channels
- Support the selling stages and answer questions on multiple channels
- Make sure titles, schedules, and commands are up to date
- Develop interactive content for the community such as GIFs, etc.
- Deal with violation posts to make sure that all members are following the channel guidelines
- Prepare monthly reports for the community manager to summarize forum and Session leads performance
- Analyze competitor best practices and stay on social media trends
- Ensure all members are having a fun and engaging learning environment
Requirements:
- Proficient in English language, knowledge of other additional languages is preferred
- Great knowledge of online communities and cool under pressure
- Strong internet connection since the daily duties will be online
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, and a proactive approach
- Understanding of online community platform moderation tools
- Availability to work days, evenings, nights, as well as weekends as and when required
- Flexibility at their current job to take this challenge as a part-time, External contractor
- Passion/interest in Gaming & Tech industry
