• Step up to leading a small team of moderators helping to define, reinforce and, where required, enforce community standards
• Take lessons from building a community around the first show to build a blueprint for successful online community projects in future

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Knowledge and understanding of online chat communities. Discord in particular, but, slack, IRC etc. also a plus
• Enthusiasm for key Fox popular entertainment offerings (The Masked Singer in particular)
• Prior experience working in news technology or media a plus, but not necessary
• Comfortable collaborating across functions and teams to drive results
• Ability to define community standards appropriate to given shows in a way that will represent the Fox brand positively
• Understanding of cryptocurrencies, Tokens, NFTs and the communities and dynamics around them an advantage, but technical background not required
