- A Native Spanish and Fluent English Speaker
- 21+ year old
- Fast in typing with perfect grammar
- Able to learn and adapt quickly to new changes and environment
- Multitasker and willing to improve
- Can empathize with customer issues

- Full-time job with 5 working days having 40 to 44 hours per week
- Morning and/or Afternoon schedules with 1 work day on weekends
