ABOUT THE JOB: The following are the essential functions of the position. The list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary.
- Actively monitor queues for alerts that need attention and act upon extremely sensitive data.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing data to determine context and intent.
- You play a critical role in identifying potentially concerning activity and be responsible for advising clients and communicating accordingly.
- Work closely with developers to understand programs and be able to suggest minor modifications if necessary.
- Work closely with Technical Support to resolve client-specific needs.
- Continue training to update skill set regarding alerts.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Some shifts have working hours that are non-traditional (I.e. evenings/nights). Some weekends and holidays may be required.
About You
- High School Diploma.
- Prior experience with troubleshooting data preferred.
- Experience in operating systems and platforms.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all levels of staff, client , and emergency services.
- Ability to clearly document and record information.
- As an open-minded individual, you are willing to objectively view and categorize very offensive and highly sensitive materials.

- Ability to closely follow documented processes.
