An ideal candidate for the Community Manager position has strategic community-building skills. This person should be enthusiastic about engaging with the community, as well as acting as the face and voice of the brand.
Responsibilities:
- Create and nurture relationships with Amazfit sports watch users in and outside our community.
- Participate in beta testing and sports watch development feedback.
- Create educational content and resources around our products for our community.
- Propose and execute incentives to join and remain in our community.
- Acknowledge and respond to user feedback on products, as well as be the liaison between the consumer experience and watch development.
- Respond to community member posts, questions, and comments in a reasonable time frame.
- Create content, challenges, and social initiates for the community to increase engagement
- Assist with and implement social campaigns to align with marketing strategies
