As Community Lead, you will have a unique opportunity to shape programs that directly impact our player’s sense of joy and safety within the community. Reporting into the Head of Community, your insight will guide the ways our channels are optimized and our moderation team is trained to support Palia’s vision of positive game experiences. These responsibilities will mature through each testing phase, and ultimately to wide release and beyond. As part of an early-stage growing studio, being passionate about games, cultivating a growth mindset, and a fearless approach to problem-solving are a must.
