Our client is currently seeking a Digital Content Support Specialist
Overview:
- The Digital Content Support Specialist will work on multiple content management platforms in support of specific brands as well as the Field Marketing organization This role will include a mix of supervised tasks and independent work within the content management, including, but not limited to: general content updates, SEO systems updates, and supporting complex content requests in partnership with Field Marketing. The specialist will be responsible for ensuring adherence to brand standards, overseeing strong content while consistently supporting SEO best practices, and maintaining content parity between content living in multiple platforms. This individual will report to the Manager, Digital Content Operations, and work closely with Field Marketing and key members of specific brand teams as required.
Responsibilities:
- Handling queries and update requests for hotels within specified brand portfolios
- Making content updates on multiple CMS platforms, to ensure parity between digital channels
- Handling reoccurring SEO update cycles for targeted Field Marketing hotels
- Partnering with Field Marketing on complex requests for new content, pages and/or experiences
- Managing communications with stakeholders and effectively level-setting timeline expectations
- Ensuring adherence to brand standards for all requests and project
- Curating strong content while maintaining SEO best practices
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-4 years business/digital experience
- CMS experience (Adobe AEM and WordPress preferred)
- Usability or conversion enhancement knowledge
- Knowledge of programming languages, such as hypertext markup language (HTML)
