About the Position: Experience: Entry Level
As a Digital Content Specialist, you will:
- Utilize our content management system to outline key product information and improve site organization through site search, filters, and more.
- Work with the Content, Web Design, and Search Engine Optimization departments to optimize accessibility of product information to make the buying experience easy and efficient.
- Gather data using research and reporting tools to make suggestions on improving site features and navigability.
- Take ownership of the products you’re working on to not only display accurate product information, but also to think big picture about how the product fits into its categories and if any adjustments need made to the category overall.
- Work with the Procurement, Logistics, and Traffic departments to update shipping records, inventory data, and product details.
- Work on large scale projects to make regular updates to product pages to maintain new standards including, but not limited to: specifications, certifications, and reference documents such as manuals or nutritional information.

Previous exposure to content management systems (CMS) is a plus, but prior experience is not necessary for this position. A bachelor’s degree in a business, marketing, mathematics, history, or an English-related discipline is ideal.
