About the job
- Maintain a working knowledge of alcohol marketing policies and best practices that include Brown-Forman (B-F) marketing policies as well as local market alcohol regulation groups across the globe including DISCUS, Spirits EU, and ABAC codes. This role must maintain a high level of trust to ensure our brands are marketed responsibly, reflecting our company’s impeccable standards.
- Maintain a working knowledge of approved digital technologies and platforms across the B-F’s IMC landscape to ensure digital strategies are achieved successfully.
- Support the IMC Compliance team in the review of digital marketing campaigns to ensure they comply with B-F marketing policies, as well as best practices that govern international, federal and state regulations, and consumer privacy laws.
- Research new social media platforms and provide a working knowledge of new platforms and new features with-in platforms. Create the first draft of the presentation and work with the Director and Associate Manager to complete for recommendation to legal.
- Serve as the approver for digital marketing projects in the B-F Project System and for 100+ monthly social media content calendars, liaising with local marketing teams, agencies, and IT teams to make any necessary final changes prior to project launch.
- Administer the tools, platforms, and properties used to manage our global digital environment:
○ Salesforce: manage the workflows for user access requests, digital compliance training follow up, and our marketing user and marketing account databases, critical for audit purposes.○ Google Site: manage access to external partners and add and revise the webpages as guidance is updated.○ Facebook Business Manager and misc. social media access: This role must maintain all elements of Brown-Forman’s enterprise Business Manager account of over 100 brand pages and 75 digital agencies around the world.Other social media password management and administration as needed.○ Legal HTML tool: load approved Terms and Conditions documents into this tool and create HTML links to send back to the marketing team.

- Assist IMC Compliance team with conducting annual audits on consumer data privacy and social media across our global portfolio of brands.
What You Bring To The Table
- College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent); BA degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- Excellent attention to detail and aesthetics
- Well-versed in the social media landscape
- Self-motivated with the ability to work without daily supervision
- Technical competency and understanding of digital marketing, social media and mobile platforms
- Achievement/results-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and spoken
- Superior collaboration and teamwork skills to include communicating with agency partners where English is not the predominant language
- Ability to succeed in a fast moving, changing environment
- Deadline-driven meeting launch dates for IMC promotions without delay
- Proven ability to handle a significant workload with multiple critical projects simultaneously
