As a Moderator you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content posted on the platform to ensure it adheres to established guidelines and preventing violative comments from appearing on the site.

You will work closely with AM, Product, and Engineering teams to help improve our commenting product and establish a safe and engaging commenting environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Pre- and post-moderate incoming content shared by commenters: text posts, images, videos.
• Prevent the occurrence of inappropriate data.
• Communicate with our QA and Engineering teams and seek to identify bugs or technical-related issues.
• Report and track ongoing moderation issues.
• Monitor and report on user feedback.
• Post sample comments for mockups.
• Seed comments.
• Stay up to date with current events and news.
• Perform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by the supervisor.
