About The Role
We are looking for someone with great customer service ability, who is excited to help people and solve problems to join our Community Support team. This person is positive, personable, passionate, and good at multitasking. As a contributor on the Community Support team, you are a confident decision-maker, strong verbal and written communicator, are a proactive problem-solver and able to work cross-departmentally with ease.
What You’ll Do
- Work as a member of our Community Support team to provide excellent support both internally and externally
- Handle a high volume of community and privacy support cases accurately and efficiently, including content moderation, profile and technical issues
- Maintain high quality customer experience through support channels
- Educate users on site policies, benefits and opportunities to improve their experience
- Work on special projects relating to the Houzz community
- Maintain an understanding of the related support requirements and sound decision-making in support of Houzz policies and company objectives
