Job Responsibilities:
- Auditing help center articles for quality and implementing fixes for accuracy.
- Updating articles based on a specific criteria, paying attention to special guidance and instructions as written.
- Deprecating content, following a deprecation and redirect plan to ensure the best user experience.
- Submit articles for translations and respond to queries from translators as necessary.
- Managing multiple projects at once with awareness of deadlines and shifting priorities as needed.
- Tracking outcomes of project work for measurement.
Skills:
- Strong command of the English language.
- Proofreading for spelling and grammar.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Independent problem solving and critical thinking.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Experience with XML/HTML or Content Management Systems (preferred not required).
