6-month contract
Responsibilities
- Crafting a response strategy specific to focused vertical and singular campaigns, influenced by overall response strategy
- Identifying brands, influencers, publications, athletes, and celebrities to follow and engage with
- Actively executing on brand-building engagements both on owned and earned social
- Actively engaging on customer care issues, while working closely with our centralized customer service team
- Working intimately with social strategy and production teams, aligning on editorial calendar, to stay on top of timing of owned content pushes
- Influencing content production by bringing the voice of the customer to the table (e.g., What are people talking about? What topics, hashtags, etc. are trending? Can we jump on those trends in our owned content creation?)
- Liaising with social listening agency and influencer team to engage with current influencers and ID new influencers to partner with
- Constantly moderating comments (including deletion of comments that are in violation of community guidelines) on owned social
- Working with social lead on creation of creative briefs for both internal creatives as well as agency partners
- Trafficking, scheduling, and publishing cross-platform posts
