This is not a moderation or T&S job but the skills you will gain in a role like this would be valuable if you want to move up in this field. Team leads and social care managers roles will require experience like this, and being part time it is perfect to do on the side.
About The Role
This is a unique role that supports company operations part-time during “after hours”. The schedule for this role would be 5 pm to 9 pm ET Monday through Friday, and Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm ET.
We would also consider a schedule of 2 pm to 6 pm PT Monday through Friday, and Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm PT.
As a part-time Project Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping our customers happy through excellent communication and support as well as:
- Provide “after hours” support, handling researcher tickets and project launches that come in outside of our normal business hours
- Assist with project recruitment efforts, helping to push recruit projects forward
- Serve as the product expert, keeping up to date with new product releases and features
- Provide exceptional reactive/proactive communication and support to our researchers, troubleshooting when necessary
